Italian outlet CMW claim Fabio Paratici is planning a double deal to raid Serie A club Atalanta for Ruslan Malinovskyi and Giorgio Scalvini and lure them to Tottenham- with Malinovskyi out of contract at the end of the season.
Malinovskyi, 29, has been strongly linked with Tottenham over the last few months. According to Il Giorno, Spurs have made contact with the Ukraine international. In his 139 Atalanta games, he has had a hand in 59 goals.
But what is intriguing, is the interest in Scalvini. The 18-year-old centre-back has broken into Atalanta’s first team under Gian Piero Gasperini. He has played 30 times in all competitions, nine of which has come this season.
His form, whether that be in centre-back or in the middle of the park, has earned him his first cap for Italy. The report claims Paratici is planning a ‘single offer’ between £26million and £30million to sign both Atalanta stars.

Paratici planning double Tottenham deal for Malinovskyi and Scalvini
It would be an interesting move. Eric Dier lacks cover in the middle of defence, with Joe Rodon going on loan to Rennes. He requires cover. At 18, Scalvini would surely be happy to play back-up as he learns from Antonio Conte.
Injuries this season have shown that Tottenham need another player in the final third. One that can play in a number of positions. Lucas Moura might now miss Sunday’s clash against Liverpool. Deki Kulusevski and Richarlison are out.
So, a double deal to land both players for just £30million at most would be incredible business. Whether Atalanta are willing to sell, is interesting. Malinovskyi yes, given he is out of contract and they would get some cash for him.
For Scalvini, well, he is a real gem. Losing him for what is a small-ish fee come January, would be a blow. But, the lure of Tottenham and Conte will surely be tempted for the one-time Italy international.
