Tottenham Hotspur held talks over a move for Ernesto Valverde over the summer, but he could now head off to Saudi Arabia.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who claim that Valverde is the priority for Al-Nassr.
Brazilian boss Mano Menezes has been sacked, with Valverde now wanted as a replacement.
Rudi Garcia, Andrea Pirlo and Pedro Martins are also mentioned, but former Barcelona boss Valverde is the main target right now.
Tottenham’s interest in Valverde
When Tottenham sacked Jose Mourinho, they were linked with a whole host of managers.
One of them was Valverde, who has been out of management since leaving Barcelona in 2020.
Fabrizio Romano reported in June that Tottenham had approached Valverde for talks over a move to North London.
In the end, Tottenham went with Nuno Espirito Santo instead, and Valverde has remained out of work.

Nuno under pressure
After three successive Premier League defeats, conceding nine goals and scoring just once, Nuno already finds himself under pressure at Tottenham.
Sacking him any time soon seems unlikely, but his position is something to keep an eye on if results don’t improve soon.
Valverde may soon disappear as a potential replacement, with the Spaniard now considering a money-spinning switch to Saudi Arabia.
