Dejan Kulusevski has given Tottenham fans hope of a return from injury very soon despite Antonio Conte ruling him out against Sporting.
Tottenham are back in action against Sporting on Wednesday as the Champions League takes centre stage.
That may provide a welcome break from Premier League action for Antonio Conte.
Two defeats against Manchester United and Newcastle United have left Conte with questions to answer.
Tottenham don’t look fluid going forward right now and they are seriously missing Dejan Kulusevski.

Dejan Kulusevski has given Tottenham fans hope
Kulusevski picked up a hamstring injury with Sweden over the international break.
The winger was given a heavy workload in Sweden’s two games and came back to North London injured.
Kulusevski hasn’t played since despite hopes of a return two weeks ago.
Kulusevski took part in first-team training ahead of the Champions League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt two weeks ago.
Yet having suffered a setback, there have been fears that Kulusevski wouldn’t play again until after the World Cup.
Antonio Conte made it clear to Football London on Sunday that there is ‘no chance’ that Kulusevski can play against Sporting on Wednesday.
Kulusevski has now given Tottenham fans a glimmer of hope though having taken to Instagram on Monday night.
The Tottenham star posted a couple of photos of himself alongside an hourglass emoji, ticking down the time until he can return to action.
Spurs fans were of course replying to Kulusevski’s post by begging him to return quickly and telling him just how much he is missed right now.
Playing against Sporting still seems very, very unlikely but Kulusevski will now hope to ramp up his recovery and make sure he plays for Tottenham before the World Cup takes over.
Kulusevski knits this Tottenham attack together so brilliantly and having been a little overshadowed by Son Heung-min and Harry Kane, everybody will now know just how important Kulusevski really is to Conte’s Spurs.
