Former Real Madrid left-back Reguilon has been called up as Gaya’s replacement for Spain’s upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifier against Kosova.

While a lot of the Tottenham supporters think that it is great news that the 24-year-old has the chance to represent Spain, some believe that it is a problem as Premier League football resumes next weekend.
Reguilon has played five times for Spain so far in his career.
The left-back made 26 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Spurs last season.
The 24-year-old provided three assists in those games.
Reguilon also made three starts and one substitute appearance in the Europa League, and has played thrice in the Premier League so far this season.
