Tottenham were left rocked just days before facing Wolves as defender Romero was ruled out for up to a month through injury.
Romero suffered a muscle injury in the 2-2 draw at Chelsea and was subsequently unavailable to face Wolves.
Yet whilst the initial thought was three to four weeks out for Romero, but the Argentinian is a hard man to keep down.

Well, Football London now claim that Romero wants to make himself available to face Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Romero actually wanted to play against Wolves but Tottenham decided to leave him out and take the sensible option.
Romero is seemingly pushing himself to get back fit for this weekend’s game and the coming days will determine whether that is actually possible or not.
Davinson Sanchez had a fine game against Wolves whilst deputising for Romero on the right side of Tottenham’s back three.
The Colombian’s display means Tottenham don’t really need to take any risks with Romero, but that won’t stop him from giving Conte a decision to make.
Romero, who will likely be joining Tottenham in a £42.5million permanent move from Atalanta, has excelled for Spurs and will be a first-choice pick whenever he is fully fit again.
