The Belgium attacker, 25, was linked to Spurs a few years ago but is now believed to be on the Gunners’ radar.

Yannick Carrasco, a player previously linked with Tottenham Hotspur, has signaled his desire to leave Dalian Yifang and return to Europe, as reported by Sky Sports News.
The 25-year-old, once of Atletico Madrid, joined the Chinese Super League side in 2018 for a fee of £26 million, according to NewsX, and has made 36 appearances, scoring 14 times and claiming 11 assists according to Transfermarkt.
Carrasco, a teammate of Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen in the Belgium squad, was believed to be a target for Spurs back in 2015, when he was still on the books of Monaco, as was reported by French outlet Le 10 Sport at the time.
More recently, the attacking ace was linked with a move to Arsenal, and although he did not say his destination would be the Emirates, he did confirm an unnamed club was interested in securing his services.
“I want to go back to Europe,” Carrasco told Sky Sports News. “One team is interested in me but I can’t say which one and in which league. But hopefully my team in China can help me come back to Europe.”

Able to play on both wings, on the left and centre of midfield, and as a second striker (Transfermarkt), he is a versatile player with a good goalscoring record which would certainly bolster Tottenham’s attacking ranks.
With Christian Eriksen open to leaving N17 – hence the possibility of selling him for a hefty fee – and the stadium move done and dusted, Spurs may have a bit more financial muscle this summer than in the last two windows.
Add to that the possibility of getting one over on their bitter North London rivals and there is certainly some scope to launch a bid for Carrasco.
