The Tottenham Hotspur striker’s injury curse struck again last night.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino spoke to reporters after last night’s win over Manchester City in the Champions League, and responded when asked whether Harry Kane could miss the rest of the season after injuring his ankle following a challenge from Fabian Delph, as quoted by Football.London.
Spurs earned a vital win over City, but that victory could come at a price following Kane’s injury, and if the England international is out for a prolonged period of time, the north London outfit will undoubtedly suffer.
The England international has been superb for Tottenham over the past few years, but he has not been immune from injury, with his troublesome ankle ruling him out for numerous periods of time.
And he twisted the same ankle last night that he injured last time out.
Pochettino spoke to reporters, and responded when asked if Kane could miss the rest of the season for Spurs, as quoted by Football.London:

“Yes.”
Tottenham have Lucas Moura and Fernando Llorente in reserve, whilst Heung-Min Son can also play as an auxiliary striker.
Spurs wont be the same without Kane, however, and Pochettino will be cursing the fact that he will be without his star striker for a prolonged period of time.
