Manchester City beat Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 today.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media in the aftermath of his side’s 1-0 defeat to Manchester City today, and suggested that his team deserved more, naming City stopper Ederson as the man of the match, as quoted by Football.London.
Spurs will be extremely disappointed leaving the Etihad empty handed, and had they been more decisive in front of goal they could easily have won the match.
The north London outfit had 10 attempts on goal against City, four of which were on target, and they looked to be the more dangerous out of the two teams for large periods of the game.
Pochettino spoke to reporters after the game, and claimed that Tottenham should have got something from the match, suggesting that City goalkeeper Ederson was the best player on the pitch, as quoted by Football.London:

“I feel very proud and I feel we deserved the draw. The man of the match was their goalkeeper.”
Next up for Tottenham is a home game against Brighton on Tuesday night, and nothing less than a win will do, as the race for the Champions League places heats up.
And Pochettino will be hoping that his team are more clinical in front of goal from here on out.
