The Tottenham Hotspur chief is widely regarded as one of the best managers in the world.

Mauricio Pochettino manager

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino spoke to reporters yesterday, and joked that Daniel Levy worries and suffers when he hears reports linking his manager with jobs at some of Europe’s biggest clubs, as quoted by the Daily Star.

Pochettino has worked wonders since taking over at Spurs in the summer of 2014, but unfortunately for the north London outfit, his fine work has obviously not gone unnoticed.

According to a report fro the Express, Manchester United and Real Madrid are both keen on hiring the Argentine.

The 46-year-old does seem to be incredibly loyal to Tottenham, however, and with their move to their new stadium on the horizon, he will surely want to hang around for some time yet, to see through the job that he started.

Poch spoke to reporters yesterday, and joked that Daniel Levy gets jealous when he hears reports linking him with a top European job, as quoted by the Daily Star:

Mauricio Pochettino manager

“I don’t know if there are some offers or not that he knows about, that he has, or not. He’s a worry man. He suffers. Because he’s jealous about me. It’s normal, no? He’s a very jealous person! Why is he jealous? Because of the rumours. He doesn’t laugh when we speak about it. He doesn’t laugh. Maybe he is worried, he is concerned about them. It’s not nice for Daniel to hear all that, of course.”

Tottenham currently sit in third spot in the Premier League table, just six points adrift of league leaders Liverpool, and they have every chance of winning the league this season.

And if Poch is to hang around for the long-term, he surely must guide his side to major honours sooner rather than later.
