Mauricio Pochettino isn’t expecting any Tottenham Hotspur additions.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has admitted to Football London that he does not expect to sign players this month.
Spurs are enjoying an excellent season for a number of different reasons.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are third in the Premier League and challenging for the title, and Chelsea visit Wembley in a League Cup semi-final tomorrow.
In addition to that, Tottenham progressed into the latter stages of the Champions League.
Considering Pochettino didn’t sign a single player during the summer transfer window, you could argue that the Lilywhites’ squad is in brilliant shape – and it looks like it might stay that way for the time being.
The Argentine told Football London: “It’s not dependent on some leaving. It’s about finding the right player who fits for us, not only the football side but someone who fits in all areas.
“Summer is difficult but winter worse. I don’t expect to add players but if we have an opportunity we’ll try.”
It isn’t a fantastic update and it’ll no doubt annoy Tottenham fans.
It must be said that Spurs’ £850 million stadium construction has caused a tightening of the purse strings, but one or two savvy additions could make all the difference this season and it’ll be a big, big shame if a lack of activity this month costs Tottenham in May.
