
Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation that an agreement to sign Cristian Romero has now been reached.
What’s the story?
TyC Sports in Argentina are reporting that Tottenham’s bid for Romero has been accepted by his club Atalanta.
Spurs will pay €50 million (£42.67m) as transfer fee and €5 million (£4.27m) in add-ons for the 23-year-old Argentina international central defender.

TalkSPORT have also reported that Tottenham’s offer for Romero has been accepted.
