Tottenham Hotspur want Nicolo Zaniolo and Fabio Paratici has proposed a loan move with an obligation to buy for the Roma talent.
That’s according to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports that Roma have now opened up to selling Zaniolo.
It’s stated that Roma management have given the green light to a January move and his agents are working on a deal.
Tottenham are the favourites having wanted to sign Zaniolo last summer.
It’s stated that Fabio Paratici has made contact with Roma and has now offered a loan with an obligation to buy once certain conditions are met.
That’s similar to the deal struck for Dejan Kulusevski in January of last year with Paratici looking to repeat the trick.
West Ham United are also interested with Borussia Dortmund also looking to sign Zaniolo before the deadline later this month.
It’s added that Roma are demanding €40million (£35million) for Zaniolo even if they are happy for him to leave.

Tottenham have been focusing on a new right wing back in Pedro Porro but Zaniolo makes real sense too.
Spurs have lacked a game-changing player from the bench who can bring some more guile and creativity in the final third.
Tottenham have really struggled in that regard when Dejan Kulusevski has been out and Zaniolo may tick the right boxes.
Zaniolo can play in from the right flank or as a number 10, meaning Antonio Conte can use him in a couple of areas.
Zaniolo is only 23 so still has plenty of untapped potential and he may well need a move away from Roma to have a fresh start after two major knee injuries.
The Italian is understood to be on Arsenal’s wish list after missing out on Mykhailo Mudryk to Chelsea.
Yet it’s now Tottenham who are moving for Zaniolo and Paratici may hope to finally land his man and bring another dangerous attacker to North London.
