Tottenham Hotspur are ‘ready to pay whatever Fenerbahce wants’ to sign Vedat Muriqi this summer, Kosovan Football Federation president Agim Ademi has told Syri TV.

With Fanatik claiming recently that the £22 million-rated Kosovan is keen on the idea of linking up with Mourinho in England, Tottenham appear to have a clear advantage over the likes of Napoli.
Muriqi, a 6ft 4ins targetman, has shot to fame with 15 efforts recorded in his debut season for Fenerbahce while also running England’s defence ragged during a topsy turvy eight-goal thriller in September’s European Championship qualifier.
However, it remains to be seen how he would adapt to a back-up role at Tottenham, after a year of leading the line as Fener’s talisman.
