Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are reportedly keen on signing the Lyon ace.

Lyon ace Tanguy Ndombele spoke exclusively to French publication L’Equipe about his future with the Ligue 1 side, amidst links to Tottenham and Manchester City, and admitted that he could be tempted to move to England in the summer.
The Telegraph reported earlier this year that City are interested in signing the 21-year-old in January, whilst the Mirror claims that Spurs have identified the Lyon ace as their number one transfer target.
According to a report from the Daily Star, though, either Premier League side will have to break the bank for Ndombele, with Lyon valuing the French ace at a staggering £70 million.
The two-capped France international is a powerful central midfielder, and would be the ideal long-term replacement for Fernandinho at City or Mousa Dembele at Tottenham.

Ndombele spoke to L’Equipe, and admitted that he could leave Lyon in the summer:
“It means I am doing well. For now I am happy and it is good for me. But if in six months I am not happy, maybe we’ll talk about it a bit more. I am at Lyon and I am always looking ahead. I say to myself, ‘why not?’ but today I am not in any hurry.”
Ndombele is a wonderfully exciting talent, and he would be an excellent signing for whichever clubs wins the race for his signature.
