Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are both reportedly keen on signing the Borussia Dortmund attacker.

Long-term Liverpool and Tottenham target Christian Pulisic could one day move to the Premier League according to his father Mark, who claimed that his son has always aspired to pay in England’s top flight, as quoted by the Mirror.
According to the Mirror, Borussia Dortmund value the 19-year-old at £62 million, and in today’s market, that actually represents decent value, given the American youngster’s talent and potential.
Pulisic is a transfer target for Liverpool and Tottenham, according to the Telegraph, with both clubs thought to be keen on bolstering their wide attacking ranks.
Jürgen Klopp has already spent close to £180 million on four new players this summer, however, so a move for the Dortmund ace seems unlikely this summer.
Mauricio Pochettino, meanwhile, has to work under a tight budget, and it would be quite the shock to see Spurs lay out in excess of £60 million on just one player.

Pulisic’s father spoke to the Mirror, and left the door open for his son to move to England at some point during his career:
“Football is crazy. You have to go with the flow and make sure the player feels comfortable, whatever the decision is. There’s no magic formula. Is it right to stay at Dortmund? Who knows. Is it right to move to another club? He might think it is, or someone else might think it is, but it might not be in the player’s mind. The Premier League is a league where he’s always aspired to be in and play in. As a player nowadays, there are so few players staying at one club throughout a career, the chances of him moving to different clubs and leagues is a high probability.”
Following his father’s words, a move to the Premier League certainly seems to be on the cards for Pulisic at some point, but this season might just be too soon for both him, and the clubs who are reportedly interested in obtaining his signature.
