Speaking on CBS Sports’ Que Golazo Podcast, RB Salzburg manager Jesse Marsch has admitted that Arsenal and Tottenham target Dominik Szoboszlai is likely to leave the Austrian club in January.
The Hungarian has long-been linked with a move away from Salzburg, with Tottenham and Arsenal amongst the clubs linked to him, and it seems as though the manager is now resigned to losing his star man in the winter window.

“He’s likely to leave in Winter, that’s the reality,” Marsch said about Szoboszlai.
“He’ll have so many suitors, we went through this with Erling (Haaland) last year.
“But in the end, I’m so happy for him and I want him to show everyone how good he is.”
It’s a big boost for Arsenal and Spurs to hear that he’s likely to be on the move in the winter, but the question remains, where will he end up?
Some of the biggest clubs in Europe have shown an interest in signing him in recent weeks, so winning this transfer tussle won’t be straightforward for either Spurs or Arsenal.
Aside from Marsch’s transfer admission, it’s refreshing to see a manager talking so openly and honestly about a player’s future and it seems as though he just wants him to achieve all he can in the game.
Szoboszlai looks as though he’s headed for the very top, but with Marsch saying that he’s going to have a lot of suitors, he has a difficult decision to make when it comes to deciding on where he’s going to play his football in 2021.
