Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur are still interested in signing Adama Traore, who is on loan at Barcelona from Wolverhampton Wanderers at the moment, according to Sport.
Sport have reported that Tottenham are still keen on Traore, having tried to sign him from Premier League rivals Wolves in the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old winger moved to Spanish and European giants Barcelona instead.
Mundo Deportivo reported in February that Traore turned down ‘a life-changing’ offer from Tottenham to join Barcelona, the club where he started his professional club football career.
Barcelona have the option to make Traore’s loan deal permanent for €30 million (£25.16 million) in the summer transfer window, according to Sport.

Could Adama Traore end up at Tottenham Hotspur?
In our opinion, if Barcelona do not sign Traore on a permanent contract this summer, then the winger could well end up at Tottenham.
After all, Spurs wanted the winger in January and remain interested in him.
Yes, the winger turned down Tottenham in January, but Antonio Conte also rejected Spurs last summer, only to move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after a few months.
Described as “electric” by Arsenal legend Martin Keown on talkSPORT (January 24, 2020), Traore would be able to make an immediate impact at Spurs and could be able to operate as a right wing-back.
