Spurs could be about to make a new signing this month.

Serge Aurier has dropped what could be an enormous hint on Instagram after posting a picture alongside a reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target – and Mauricio Pochettino is said to have held talks himself.
The Sun claim 23-year-old Rabiot is a target for Spurs, with Paris Saint-Germain looking to sell the 6ft 3in midfielder this month for a fee of £20million, rather than waiting until the summer where he would leave for nothing.
The report claims that PSG will only let the France international leave in the coming days, though, if they can sign a replacement for Rabiot. Everton’s Idrissa Gueye has cropped up on Thomas Tuchel’s shortlist.
Aurier played alongside Rabiot at PSG during his time with the French champions, and he posted a picture of himself alongside Rabiot on Instagram – suggesting that Spurs may be in line to land the midfielder.
French magazine France Football claimed earlier this week that Pochettino had met with the colossal midfielder to discuss a move. A transfer to Barcelona had seemed on the cards, but it now looks less likely.
Spurs could do with another midfielder, after Mousa Dembele left Tottenham to move to Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F. Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier have both struggled with injury of late.
