The Tottenham Hotspur boss is widely regarded to be one of the best in his field.

Harry Kane suggested that Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is ruthless, when speaking during an interview for the Champions League final programme, and quoted via Football.London.
The Argentine took over as Spurs manager in the summer of 2014, and since then he has totally transformed the culture at the football club.
Whilst the Tottenham boss deserves great credit for the job that he has done at the club, his failure to guide his team to a major trophy has left him open to criticism from some sections of supporters.
There have been suggestions that Pochettino is too friendly with his players, but is that really the case?
Kane doesn’t think so.
The England international sat down for an interview for the Champions League final programme and insisted that the Argentine is ruthless, as quoted via Football.London:

“He’s ruthless if you cross him. If you don’t want to work for him and don’t want to be a team player, you won’t be part of the team.”
Tottenham face a vitally important summer ahead of them, and will have a serious task on their hands if they are to keep hold of their best players, as well as bringing in top class new signings.
And arguably Spurs’ most important business will be keeping hold of Pochettino.
