Tottenham Hotspur youngster Dane Scarlett has made the following post on Instagram, and has thanked Harry Kane for his gesture.
The 17-year-old Tottenham forward has thanked his Spurs teammate Kane for giving him his shirt and writing a heartlfelt message on it.
It appears that the shirt that Kane gave to Scarlett is the one he was wearing yesterday.
The 27-year-old England international striker scored once for Spurs in their 4-2 victory over Leicester City away from home at the King Power Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday.
It was Kane’s 23rd league goal of the season and saw him pip Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah to the Golden Boot award.
It was an incredible gesture from Kane.
Perhaps it is the passing of the torch.

Kane recently told Gary Neville on he Overlap that he hopes to hold talks with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy over his future.
The Telegraph have reported that Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United all are interested in the 27-year-old, with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy looking for £150 million.
Scarlett, who has come through the Tottenham academy, is a forward himself and has already made his debut in the Premier League.
The 17-year-old is rated very highly, and perhaps the forward will become the ‘new Harry Kane’ in the future.
