The experienced defender could sign for Celtic this month.

Celtic have been busy in the transfer market so far this month, securing deals for Marvin Compper and Lewis Morgan, and there could well be further arrivals at the club.
As reported by Aksam, Celtic have made an offer of around £2.5 million for Dusko Tosic, with Besiktas demanding £3.5 million for the experienced defender.

Celtic should certainly seek to complete a deal for Tosic if possible, with the defender’s vast experience likely to be extremely useful for Brendan Rodgers’ side if he does join.
Tosic has made over 400 appearances in his career and the 32-year-old would help to organise Celtic’s defence and provide them with authority at the back.

Rodgers is determined to strengthen his squad to ensure that Celtic can enjoy a successful second half of the season and bringing in Tosic, who has been capped by Serbia on 21 occasions, would be a wise move.
Celtic are currently eight points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership and will also be seeking to make a major impact in both the Europa League and the Scottish Cup, which means Rodgers will have to ensure that his squad is prepared to cope with the demands set to be asked of them.
