David Luiz has been linked with a move to Newcastle United.

Former Chelsea player and now club coach Tore Andre Flo insists that David Luiz is “very happy” at the London club amid speculation surrounding his future.
The 30-year-old has played eight Premier League games so far, but faces an uncertain future after reportedly falling out with Antonio Conte.

Benitez knows him well from during his time at Stamford Bridge in 2012-13, and believes that the Brazilian would be a perfect candidate to add quality to his defence.
The Brazil international is currently unavailable for selection due to a knee injury, and Flo says that he doesn’t understand the fuss going on in the press about the player.

He adds that Luiz is a “lively player” who is “very happy” at the Blues.
“He looks very happy to me. He’s a very lively player and to me there doesn’t seem to be any problems at all,” said Andre Flo to Sky Sports.
“He is injured for the moment, so I don’t really understand all this stuff going on in the press. To me, it’s just a player who for the moment is injured and seems to be very happy at the club.”
