Arsenal goalkeeper Matt Turner has been praised on Instagram by is compatriots for his performance for the USA against England at the 2022 Qatar World Cup on Friday evening.
Turner, who moved to Arsenal in the summer of 2022, played for the USA in their match against England in Qatar.
The match ended in a goalless draw.
The 28-year-old is the number one goalkeeper for the USA, and his performance against the Three Lions was very good.
Turner made a very good save against Chelsea and England international midfielder Mason Mount.
The Arsenal goalkeeper was also very good at distribution of the bal and looked a commanding figure in his area.
Turner is the back-up goalkeeper to Aaron Ramsdale at Arsenal.
The USA international has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for the North London club so far this season.
The former New England Revolution star has played four times in the UEFA Europa League, though.
Valencia and USA international midfielder Yunus Dimoara Musah played against England, and he has praised Turner.
And so has Collin Martin, who made five appearances for the USA Under-20 side and is now at San Diego Loyal.
