Tottenham Hotspur are doing extremely well at the moment, and one of the best players for Spurs so far this season has been James Maddison.
James Maddison joined Tottenham Hotspur from Leicester City in the summer transfer window.
Just as I expected, Maddison has hit the ground running at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Tottenham no. 10 has scored two goals and given five assists in eight Premier League matches this season.
Spurs are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 20 points from eight matches.
Tottenham are level on points with North London rivals Arsenal, who are now second.
Praise for Tottenham Hotspur playmaker James Maddison
Former Arsenal star and talkSPORT pundit Ray Parlour has been impressed by 26-year-old Tottenham attacking midfielder Maddison.
TalkSPORT presenter and former Tottenham forward Alan Brazil said on talkSPORT (9:10am, October 13, 2023): “I will tell you who has had a great start to the season.

“Maddison. James Maddison.”
Parlour said: “James Maddison has really settled into the team very, very well.
“Top player.
“We all knew he was a top player.”
My View: James Maddison could become world class
In my opinion, Tottenham Hotspur and England international playmaker James Maddison could become a world-class player in the coming years.
Maddison is 26 now and is about to enter the best years of his career.
The attacking midfielder is very likely to raise his game further and add facets to his game.
I believe that Maddison has huge potential and could become one of the best playmakers in the world in the next two or three years if he continues to play the way he is doing at Spurs at the moment.
