Speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Jordan Pickford has been waxing-lyrical about Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.
Kane hasn’t had the best of seasons in the Premier League, but let’s not forget that he’s still one of the best strikers this country has ever seen.
Pickford certainly hasn’t forgotten how brilliant Spurs’ star man is as he named him as the best striker he’s ever come up against.
What’s been said?
Pickford was asked to name the best striker he’s come up against.
“I would say Harry Kane, he’s a top striker a finisher,” Pickford said.
“There’s that much talent out there at the minute in terms of scoring goals, but Harry Kane is up there.”
“Is it true that every time you save one of his shots you celebrate?” The host asked.
“Pretty much because he’s ridiculous. You think he’s going to go one way and then he goes the other way,” Pickford concluded.

World-class
Kane isn’t playing at his best right now, but we would be doing him a real disservice if we described him as anything but a world-class talent.
He’s not won any trophies, but he’s a three-time Golden Boot winner in the Premier League and he even has a World Cup Golden Boot to his name.
The striker is the England captain for a reason and while his Spurs form has dipped, he will surely be back to his best sooner or later.
