Liverpool right-back Calvin Ramsay has raved about Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney on the club’s official website.
Ramsay has said that Tierney is a top player, and he seems to have been seriously impressed by the Arsenal and Scotland international left-back.
The £4 million Liverpool defender (Sky Sports) made the comments about Tierney while reflecting on his call-up to the senior Scotland team.
Tierney, who cost Arsenal £25 million when they signed him from Celtic (Sky Sports) is a regular for the Scotland national team and is one of the best left-backs in the world.

Ramsay said: “It’s some team, to be fair. With the full-backs, there’s a lot of young full-backs coming up and the full-backs we’ve got in the first team – Robertson, Kieran Tierney and that – they’re top players. There’s competition for every place.”
Quality player
Kieran Tierney has had injury problems at Arsenal, and he is now also not guaranteed a place in the Gunners’ starting lineup when he is fit.
However, there is no doubt over the quality of the 25-year-old.
Tierney is one of the best left-backs around when he is fit and on form.
