‘Too easy’: Fabian Delph responds to Everton teammate’s Instagram post after yesterday

Everton central midfielder Fabian Delph has responded to his teammate James Rodriguez’s post on Instagram.

Delph has praised the Colombia international – who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger – for his performance for Everton in their 4-2 win against Brighton and Hove Albion at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Saturday.

The 29-year-old – who joined the Toffees from Spanish and European giants Real Madrid in the summer transfer window – scored twice for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

Delph responded: “Too easy for you bro.”

Instant impact at Everton

James has been superb for Everton and has hit the ground running in the Premier League.

The former FC Porto star has scored three goals and provided two assists in four Premier League games for the Merseyside outfit so far this season, according to WhoScored.

Strong start

Everton have won all four of their Premier League games so far this season and are at the top of the table at the moment.

The Merseyside club are aiming to finish in the Champions League places this campaign, and the way they have started will certainly encourage the fans.
