Aston Villa won against Ipswich Town at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Aston Villa chairman Tony Xia has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Ipswich Town at home.

The Villans got the better of Ipswich 2-0 at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Albert Adomah scored both the goals for the Villans, finding the net first in the 36th minute and then midway through the second half.

It was the Villans’ third successive victory following their triumph over Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road and Sunderland at Villa Park in the Championship.

Villa chairman Xia has taken to Twitter to revel in Steve Bruce’s side’s three successive wins and has a message for the fans.

Villa, who started the season slowly, are in great form at the moment and are one of the main contenders for the Championship playoffs.

Bruce’s side are fourth in the league table at the moment with 35 points from 19 matches, two points behind second-placed Cardiff City, who have a game in hand.
