Aston Villa won against Blackburn Rovers at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Aston Villa chairman Tony Xia has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s victory over Blackburn Rovers on Saturday afternoon.

Villa returned to winning ways in the Championship with a narrow 2-1 victory over Blackburn at Villa Park.

After a goalless first half, Sam Gallagher put Rovers in the lead in the 54th minute.

Jonathan Kodjia restored parity for the Villans just four minutes later when he successfully converted a spot kick.

Kodjia wrapped up the points for the home team when he found the net again in the 70th minute.

Villa chairman Xia was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.
