Aston Villa won 2-1 against QPR in the Championship clash on Saturday.

Aston Villa owner Tony Xia has thanked his players after the Villans returned to winning ways in the Championship on Saturday.
He took to social networking site Twitter to congratulate Villa players and also thanked the away fans for their support.
Steve Bruce’s side lost 2-1 to Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship before the international break. However, on Saturday, Villa came from behind to win 2-1 against Queens Park Rangers away from home.

Albert Adomah scored in each half to give Aston Villa all three points. In the process, they have moved to fifth, and consolidated their Championship play-off position.
Jamie Mackie opened the scoring for QPR when Sam Johnstone failed to deal with a corner.
Keinan Davis and Josh Onomah came close to scoring before Adomah netted from the spot just before the break.

The Ghana winger scored in the second half as Aston Villa completed the comeback in a brilliant manner. With this result, they have now won four games away from home in the league this season.
Villa were without strikers Jonathan Kodjia, Scott Hogan and Gabby Agbonlahor because of injury, but they still managed 26 shots during the game.
