Aston Villa chairman Dr. Tony Xia has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Newcastle United’s defeat to Fulham on Friday evening.
Newcastle suffered a 1-0 defeat to Fulham away from home in their opening game of the 2016-17 Championship season.
Matt Smith’s goal on the stroke of half time proved to be the difference between the two sides at Craven Cottage in London.
Villa chairman Xia was following the match, and he took to Twitter to give his reaction to the loss suffered by Newcastle.

The Chinese businessman could have been referring to pre-game predictions made by Sky Sports pundit Ian Holloway.
Holloway had predicted on Skysports.com Newcastle to win 3-1 against Fulham and the Magpies to clinch the Championship title this season.
The former Queens Park Rangers manager has also predicted Villa to lose to Sheffield Wednesday and the Villans to end up 16th in the league table.
Xia has also suggested on Twitter that Leandro Bacuna could remain at Villa this season.
Bacuna, who can play as a winger or as a right-back, was reported as saying by The Birmingham Mail in March that he was looking to leave the Villans to play Champions League football.
Xia, though, has suggested that the 24-year-old could remain at Villa Park for the 2016-17 campaign.

Villa will feature in the Championship this season after getting relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
The Villans will be looking to finish at least in the top six of the Championship this season.
Roberto Di Matteo’s side will kick off their 2016-17 Championship campaign with an away game against Wednesday on Sunday afternoon.
