Aston Villa’s Jordan Ayew has been linked with a host of clubs so far this summer.

Aston Villa owner Tony Xia has confirmed that Jordan Ayew is set to stay with the Midlands club this season.
Ayew was one of Villa’s star performers in the Premier League, and it was widely expected that he would leave following their relegation.
However, Xia has confirmed that Villa will not listen to offers for the Ghanian forward this summer.
The news is a huge boost for Claret and Blues supporters and Roberto Di Matteo’s squad.
Ayew looks set to be one of the star players in the Championship next season.

The 24-year-old netted seven times in 30 appearances last term in the Premier League.
Ayew has attracted interest from a range of clubs, but Xia’s takeover has given Villa the financial strength to keep hold of their key players.
Villa are currently one of the bookies favourites to win promotion this season, as the seek an immediate return to England’s top flight.
