Former Celtic ace praises youngster Kieran Tierney.
Celtic’s Kieran Tierney celebrates
Former Celtic star Tony Watt reached out to praise current hero Kieran Tierney for his PFA Young Player of the Year award win.
Tierney was one of four Celtic men to clinch accolades, with Scott Sinclair winning the main award, Moussa Dembele the trophy for best goal, and Brendan Rodgers handed the manager of the season gong.
Left-back Tierney has been impressive all season and ex-Celtic forward Watt believes he should even have been up for consideration for the top award, challenging Sinclair.

Watt reached out on Twitter to congratulate Tierney.
Watt is best remembered for his Champions League goal against Barcelona but struggled to live up to the early hype.
After a spell at Hearts earlier in the season, he returned to Charlton Athletic in January.
