Olivier Ntcham redeemed himself for Celtic on Wednesday.

Olivier Ntcham enhanced his reputation among Celtic fans in Wednesday’s 3-0 win at Anderlecht.
Restored to the first XI for the first time since Celtic’s 5-0 demolition by Paris Saint-Germain, the 21-year-old midfielder endured a poor first quarter of the game.

His passing was wayward, touch was heavy and overall the former Manchester City man did not look like the £4.5 million player that he is.
However, the Frenchman played a defence-splitting pass to Kieran Tierney in the build-up to Leigh Griffiths’s opener in Brussels the other night. From there, Ntcham’s confidence seemed to grow and all of a sudden he looked a class act, and ex-Celtic man Tony Watt gave him a special mention on Twitter.

Griffiths’s opener gave the Hoops a slender lead at the break, but goals from Patrick Roberts and Scott Sinclair in the second half gave Brendan Rodgers’s side a handsome win.
Ntcham was an unused substitution in Premiership wins over Ross County and Rangers in recent weeks, so he and indeed Rodgers will be chuffed.
