Everton’s Yannick Bolasie has been heavily linked with Middlesbrough and Aston Villa.

Middlesbrough boss Tony Pulis is resigned to losing out to Aston Villa in the race to sign Everton star Yannick Bolasie.
The Birmingham Mail reported earlier this week that the Everton winger was set to join Aston Villa on loan.
Bolasie was present at Villa Park on Wednesday to watch the Villans draw 2-2 with Brentford, having also visited the Middlesbrough training ground earlier in the week.
The Middlesbrough manager previously managed Bolasie during his spell at Crystal Palace and although Pulis says that he doesn’t know for sure where the £75,000-a-week [Spotrac] flyer is going, he reckons Villa are the most likely destination at the moment.
He said during Boro’s press conference, via Gazette Live: “Yannick told me there were two or three clubs interested. He wanted to come up and have a look around. Then he was going to go off to other clubs and look around there clubs.
“I know the kid from when I was at Palace. There were no problems. He was very straight and honest.”
Asked if Bolasie has informed Pulis of his decision, he said: “No but I think he’s going to Villa.”
Aston Villa have already made one signing this week after tying up a season-long loan for Anwar El Ghazi, who joins from Lille, while exciting young Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is also expected to join Steve Bruce’s side [ESPN] before the window closes.
