Tony Fernandes has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Queens Park Rangers’ win against Aston Villa at home.

QPR got the better of Villa 1-0 at Loftus Road in London in the Championship on Friday evening.

Pawel Wszolek’s goal in the 38th minute proved to be the difference between QPR and the Villans.

Former QPR chairman Fernandes has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the London club’s win, with some Rangers fans responding to his message on the social networking site.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Loftus Road on Friday evening, hosts QPR had 32% of the possession, took 16 shots of which seven were on target, and earned five corners, according to BBC Sport.

Rangers are now seventh in the Championship table at the moment with 23 points from 15 matches.

Steve McClaren’s side are just a point off the playoffs, and perhaps there is a chance that QPR will challenge for a place in the top six of the Championship this season.
