Queen Park Rangers beat Portsmouth 2-0 last night to reach the FA Cup fifth round.

The win followed a victory over Leeds in round three, with their fourth round success requiring a replay against Pompey.

QPR owner Tony Fernandes was delighted with the victory and picked out Grant Hall for praise.

Hall has not started in the Championship at all this season, only recently making his comeback after two seasons of injury troubles.

Fernandes was pleased to see Hall play a key role in QPR keeping a clean sheet.

QPR’s win has set up a tie against Watford in the next round.

The game will be played at Loftus Road on Friday February 15.

QPR’s Championship fixture against Leeds which was scheduled to take place that weekend has been re-arranged for Tuesday February 26.
