Queens Park Rangers won in the Championship on Monday.

Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes has expressed his delight at his side’s results during the festive period on social networking site Twitter.
Rangers won 2-1 against Cardiff City at Loftus Road in London in the Championship on Monday afternoon.
The London club drew with Bristol City at home just before Christmas, before drawing with Ipswich Town and losing to Millwall just after in the Championship.
QPR chairman Fernandes has taken to Twitter to give his verdict on the team’s results during the festive period.

The win against Cardiff has enhanced QPR’s chances of escaping the drop to League One at the end of the season.
However, it is hard to see Rangers challenge for the Championship playoffs even though there is a long way to go this season.
QPR were in the Premier League not so long ago, and the London outfit should aim to return to the top fight of English football in the next two years, or else they could be stuck in the Championship for a very, very long time.
