Queens Park Rangers won against Leeds United in the FA Cup on Sunday.

Tony Fernandes has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Queens Park Rangers’ win against Leeds United on Sunday.

QPR have got the better of Championship rivals Leeds 2-1 at home in the third round of the FA Cup.

Aramide Oteh put Rangers in the lead from the penalty spot in the 23rd minute at Loftus Road, only for Aapo Halme to restore parity for the West Yorkshire outfit on 25 minutes.

Jake Bidwell found the net for QPR on 75 minutes to guide the London club to the next round of the FA Cup.

Former QPR chairman Fernandes has taken to Twitter to revel in the win against Leeds, while current chairman Amit Bhatia has also expressed his delight at the win for Rangers.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Loftus Road on Sunday afternoon, hosts QPR had 45% of the possession, took 16 shots of which 10 were on target, and earned 11 corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Leeds had 55% of the possession, took nine shots of which seven were on target, and earned nine corners, according to BBC Sport.
