Leeds United fell out of the automatic-promotion spots in the Championship as they suffered a surprise defeat.

Tony Dorigo has insisted on Twitter that Leeds still have a great chance of securing promotion out of the Championship after suggesting that he has dusted himself down following the disappointment of Saturday afternoon.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side have fallen to third in the table after they were beaten 2-1 at home by Wigan Athletic hours after Sheffield United had won 2-0 against Nottingham Forest.
The loss was all the more agonising as Leeds had gone 1-0 up and had a numerical advantage after Cedric Kipre had been sent off for the Latics. It is the first time this season that the Whites have dropped points after taking the lead.
And with just three games to go, the Elland Road faithful would be forgiven for feeling particularly devastated as the promotion race is no longer in their hands with the Blades above Leeds in the table on goal difference.

But Dorigo has decided to stay positive and remind everyone that nothing is decided and there is plenty of football still to play…
Leeds will not need to wait too long to have a chance to get back into the top two. The Whites play Brentford at Griffin Park on Monday shortly after Sheffield United have played Hull City.
