After the game, former Leeds ace Tony Dorigo – who made more than 200 appearances for the club – took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the game.
The Australian-born former England international suggested that Leeds upped their game in the second half, with the win now helping Leeds gather some momentum.
Dorigo added that he would choose Leeds to get promoted this season ahead of another of his former clubs Aston Villa, though seemingly only because Villa are backed to be in the discussion for promotion.

Finally, Dorigo hailed the performance of defender Pontus Jansson, who was colossal in the heart of the Leeds back line racking up a huge 17 clearances during the game against Cardiff.
Dorigo suggested that Jansson is the ‘ideal’ signing for Leeds as he is a competitor and simply perfect for the Championship.
