Tony Dorigo is a big fan of the new-look Leeds United it seems.

Tony Dorigo, speaking to LUTV, has described Leeds United duo Samu Saiz and Egzjan Alioski as “absolutely fantastic” attacking options for the Yorkshire club.
There is a bit of buzz around Leeds this season, and even moreso since Thomas Christiansen’s side thumped Burton Albion 5-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Indeed, the Whites, now second in the Championship, look a much stronger offensive and defence force than they were under Garry Monk last season, with Christiansen’s men scoring 21 goals and conceding four in all competitions.

Two big reasons behind their goal-laden form are Saiz and Alioski, signed from Huesca and Lugano during the summer transfer window. Saiz has five goals in all competitions for United, while Alioski has one and three assists under his belt so far.
Leeds are much less of a one-man team now than they were with 30-goal Chris Wood up front last season, and Dorigo says the pair are a big factor in that.
He told LUTV, when asked which of the summer signings has caught his eye: “We’re not relying on one person, which is good.

“Chris Wood was fantastic and scored a lot of goals last season, but I think sometimes to rely on one person is not the best kind of tactic.
“As a defender, I will say that back four will solid as a rock but when you get into that last third, it’s important. The Saizs [and] Alisokis have been absolutely fantastic.”
Such is their strength in depth, Macedonia winger Alioski did not feature in Saturday’s win as a result of his hectic international schedule over the past week.
Leeds host Harry Redknapp’s Birmingham City on Tuesday at Elland Road, looking for their fifth win in seven league outings and, on this form, few would back against them.
