How will Celtic fare in the Europa League this season?

Celtic are playing in the Champions League this season, but the Bhoys are not going to go through to the last-16 stage of Europe’s premier club competition.
Brendan Rodgers’s side, though, can still finish third in their group and drop to the Europa League.

While many Celtic fans will hope that the Hoops go far in the Europa League, former England international striker Cottee, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, does not believe that the Glasgow giants will win the competition.
Cottee said about Celtic on the Sky Sports Daily show on Sky Sports News on Thursday morning (11:10am, November 23, 2017): “I am not sure ultimately they are good enough to win the Europa League. I think there will be some good teams in it, there always is come the New Year.”

Celtic have a good team and have some wonderful players, but it is hard to see the Hoops win the Europa League this season.
The Europa League is a tougher competition than the Champions League, and the Hoops will have to contend with many top teams.
