One of the reasons why Arsenal are doing so well at the moment is that Mikel Arteta has a good balance between experienced players and youngsters.
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment and could still progress to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
While there are experienced and more mature players such as David Raya, Martin Odegaard, Gabriel, Declan Rice, Jorginho and Gabriel in the squad, Arsenal can also call upon talented and promising youngsters such as Gabriel Martinelli and William Saliba.
Another young player who is starring for Arsenal at the moment is Bukayo Saka, and former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino has noted what he finds “extraordinary” about the England international winger.

The Times and talkSPORT pundit has pointed out that the 22-year-old scores a lot of goals despite being a winger by trade and often helping out in defence.
Saka has scored 14 goals and given eight assists in 29 Premier League matches for Arsenal this season.
The winger is the top scorer for the Gunners this campaign at the moment with 18 goals in all competitions. Saka has also 13 assists to his name.
What is ‘extraordinary’ about Bukayo Saka
Cascarino wrote about Saka in The Times: “If you think back to those three England players who failed to score from the spot in the European Championship final shoot-out defeat by Italy, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have gone backwards but Saka has flourished.
“He has become ten feet tall, saying: ‘Yes I got stick but I’ll show them’. He stays wide much more than most of the other players on this list, and he also tracks back a lot, so his numbers for goals and assists (eight) are extraordinary.”
Bukayo Saka could become world class
In my opinion, Arsenal and England international winger Bukayo Saka could become world class in the coming years.
Saka is only 22 now, but he has already got a lot of experience. He is a regular for Arsenal and England.
If the winger continues to progress and develop his game and does well consistently in the UEFA Champions League, then he could become world class in the next two or three years.
Saka has scored 45 goals and given 34 assists in 164 Premier League matches so far in his career.
