Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Neymar of Paris Saint-Germain are two of the best attacking players in the world.

The former Chelsea striker, who now works as a pundit for talkSPORT and The Times, made the claim following Salah’s performance for Liverpool against Watford in the Premier League at the weekend.
The 25-year-old Egypt international scored four times in the Reds’ 5-0 victory over the Hornets at Anfield on Saturday evening to take his tally to 28 goals in the Premier League for the season so far.

Cascarino wrote in The Times: “When I think about players who are not strikers but score goals, I think Salah is only behind Messi and Ronaldo but has the potential to be on a similar level. I would certainly have him in my team ahead of Neymar.”

Mohamed Salah better than Neymar?
Salah has been superb for Liverpool since his move from AS Roma in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £34 million.
The former Chelsea winger, who earns £120,000 per week as salary at Liverpool according to Spotrac.com, has been one of the best players in Europe.
True, at this moment in time, Salah is in great, but overall Neymar is a much better player than the former Chelsea winger.
The 26-year-old Brazil international and PSG forward, who is injured at the moment, has been playing consistently well at the top level for years and has proved himself to be a world-class player.
