Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane and ex-Arsenal and current West Ham United man Jack Wilshere have suffered a number of injuries over the years.

Tony Cascarino is hoping Harry Kane has ‘learnt a lesson’ following his latest injury as he compared the Tottenham man with ex-Arsenal man Jack Wilshere.
In midweek, Kane suffered a serious-looking ankle injury whilst going in for a challenge with Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph during his side’s 1-0 first-leg Champions League win.
Mauricio Pochettino has already stated that it is unlikely his key man is to return this season after suffering yet another ankle injury in his career, as reported by BBC Sport.
Speaking to the Weekend Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT (13/04/2019 at 8:40 pm), Cascarino sent a warning to Kane and compared him with Wilshere, who has suffered injury problems of his own during his career.
“I’d like to think Harry has learnt a lesson this week because the Man City game, his challenge, which obviously he came out second best, that was the challenge forwards made in years gone by,” Cascarino told talkSPORT.
“I remember doing a piece on Jack Wilshere and talking about the type of tacking he was making in games and he would do what Harry did in midweek too often. He would make a challenge and just leave one of his legs isolated that if he got challenged he could turn an ankle or roll a knee. I think that is what Harry is got to be careful of.”

Season after season now, Kane would find himself missing months of the season because of an injury then returning prematurely to fire his team to their season goal.
Earlier on in the campaign, he was out for a number of matches but Spurs performed well without him as the likes of Heung-Min Son stepped up in his absence.
On Saturday, Lucas Moura did that job as he hit a hat-trick during his side’s easy 4-0 win over Huddersfield in the Premier League at the club’s new stadium.
