Christian Benteke has struggled to score goals for Crystal Palace in recent seasons.

The former Aston Villa and Chelsea striker believes that Benteke will not score more than five goals for the Eagles during the 2019-20 campaign.
Cascarino said about Benteke on talkSPORT (7:57am, August 24, 2019): “I would be surprised if Christian Benteke gets more than five all season.”
Stats
Benkete has struggled to score goals for Palace in recent times, and one can understand why Cascarino thinks that the former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker will struggle to score too many goals this season.
According to WhoScored, the Belgium international striker scored just one goal in 16 Premier League appearances for Palace last season, while in 2017-18, the 28-year-old scored just thrice in 2238 minutes of league football for the Eagles.
The striker did score 15 goals in the league for Palace back in 2016-17, but that seems a long time ago, and his confidence seems to be quite low at the moment, with the striker yet to score in the Premier League this season, according to WhoScored.

Wilfried Zaha future
Meanwhile, The Mirror has claimed that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Wilfried Zaha from Palace in the summer transfer window.
The French giants are reportedly planning a £100 million bid for the winger and want him as a replacement for Neymar, who is on the radar of Barcelona and Real Madrid.
