The Tottenham Hotspur manager is widely considered to be one of the best in the business.

Tony Adams praised the job being done by Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham, when speaking during a guest appearance on BT Sport’s Score programme on Sunday, suggesting that the Argentine has ‘shot above his weight’.
Pochettino took over as Spurs boss in the summer of 2014, and the north London outfit have come on leaps and bounds since then.
Tottenham are now widely considered to be genuine challengers for major honours on all fronts, and Poch has to take much of the credit for that.
The 47-year-old has done most of his work on a restricted budget too – something that makes the job that he has done all the more impressive.
And Adams told BT Sport’s Score programme how much credit the Tottenham boss deserves, considering the fact that he is working under certain financial restrictions:

“The wage bill, Arsenal’s is much more than that, so he Pochettino has shot above his weight.”
Tottenham could of course win the Champions League this season, with a final against Liverpool to come in two weeks time, and what an incredible achievement that would be for Pochettino.
Spurs must match the Argentine’s ambitions in the summer, however, regardless of what happens in Madrid, if he is to remain in north London for the foreseeable future.
