Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood’s contract expires at the end of the season.

Westwood’s contract at Wednesday is due to expire at the end of the campaign, and his future is currently uncertain.
The Republic of Ireland international has been a key player since Jos Luhukay’s departure, but Wednesday need to cut their wage bill in the summer.
Whether they will be able to afford to offer Westwood an extension on his current deal remains to be seen.
But Lees is hoping that the Owls can stretch their budget to keep hold of the experienced goalkeeper.
“I would love to see him stay, of course. His performances speak for themselves. There will be a lot of decisions made this summer but, if you look at this one, it is one that looks straightforward,” Lees said.

“But, it is not down to me. It is down to other people. Hopefully, it can get sorted. But there are a few decisions to be made this summer. That is a big one.”
Westwood was arguably Wednesday’s best player in their last match against Leeds United.
The Owls were beaten last weekend, but Westwood made a series of fine saves in the contest.
Westwood is one of the finest goalkeepers in the Championship and if he was to stick around it would be a big boost to Bruce’s side heading into next season.
