The Sheffield Wednesday captain came through the academy system at Leeds United.

The Sheffield Wednesday captain, Tom Lees, has admitted he has been watching Leeds United’s progress this season.
Lees came through the academy system at Leeds, the club from which he joined Wednesday in 2014.
Tuesday’s win against Nottingham Forest was the centre-back’s 200th appearance in Owls colours.
But asked if he still pays attention to events at Elland Road, where automatic promotion remains in Leeds’ hands ahead of Saturday’s visit of Lees’ current employers, the 28-year-old told BBC Radio Sheffield. “Yeah – not really because I’m a former player or anything. I like football, I like watching football. So obviously, I’ve got a good idea of what’s going on in the league.
“It’s good to see how the players they’ve had in the last few seasons have managed to make quite a drastic change. So fair play to them, they’ve done well.
“But I think we can definitely be a match for them and give them a good game because I think that we’ve improved a lot since we played them last time.”

A Sheffield Wednesday win at Leeds would be welcome news for the Owls’ fierce rivals, Sheffield United, who host Millwall earlier on Saturday afternoon.
And many of a Wednesday persuasion are divided over which approach their side should take, with a top-six place of their own not yet out of reach.
The 2016 play-off finalists have lost just once in 13 matches since Steve Bruce officially took over as manager in January.
